Neg Earth Celebrates Mental Health Awareness Week
Neg Earth prioritises employee wellbeing during Mental Health Awareness Week, highlighting our commitment to fostering a supportive and holistic work environment.
We implemented a comprehensive suite of activities designed to educate, relax and energise our team.
A Holistic Approach to Wellbeing
Whilst developing mental health awareness among employees has always been a priority, Neg Earth wants to emphasise a broader, more holistic approach that includes the mental, emotional, physical, social and spiritual aspects of mental health.
So far, we have launched initiatives such as Tea & Talk sessions, massage days, yoga classes and other programs, all designed to nurture both the mind and body.
We wanted to extend the activities for 2025 and get even closer to the holistic approach of wellbeing. We have also added physical and mindfulness activities!
Activity List:
- Energising Fitness Sessions: The week kicked off with invigorating workouts led by an on-site personal trainer, helping staff boost their energy levels and promote physical health.
- Moments of Calm: Team members enjoyed soothing chair massages, providing a chance to unwind and de-stress amidst busy schedules.
- Insightful Workshops: A highlight was an inspiring workshop with mental health expert Dr. Tamara Russell, offering valuable insights and practical strategies for maintaining mental resilience.
A Week of Reconnection and Recharge
Reflecting on the week, Neg Earth’s team embraced every opportunity to reset, recharge and reconnect. The atmosphere was filled with positivity, emphasising that a healthy mind and body are essential for both personal well-being and professional success.
As Neg Earth continues its well-being journey, the company reaffirms our commitment to fostering an environment where mental health is prioritised, celebrated and supported through a variety of holistic initiatives.
Because at Neg Earth, we believe that taking care of the whole person leads to a stronger, more resilient team.
